Went for monthly ob/gyn check up on Wed (april 25) - got to hear baby's heart beat but no ultra sound today... boowhoo!! Guess my gyno was in a hurry today. I even said something and she seemed like she needed to be somewhere.. So i told her never mind! (she told me its unnecessary to do ultra sounds every visit as long as heart beat is stable)  Besides her ultra sound machine isn't at all as high tech as the USC  prenatal center.. 


 I go back to USC mid May for detailed ultra sound. Pix to come after!


 Anyways Aaliyah  is good & healthy !! 


FYI : unborn female babies have a faster heart rate than males... 

We are having a girl !!!!!!!!

After seeing a USC prenatal specialist today with a much more detailed ultra sound, we finally got to find out the sex of the little person growing inside me !!

The due date has changed to september 22 2012


Pregnant  for 17 weeks and 3 days 

She likes to move a lot!Took awhile till they finally were able to capture her laying still.   And is always sitting right on top of my bladder.. Explains the constant urges to goto the bathroom.

for those who have trouble knowing what it is they are looking at.. Hint: the head is on the left.. Hand resting on chest in 1st pic (sleeps like her dad) and  you can see her arm in the last pic.

You can't see it in these pics but her legs are always crossed with knees up. hahaha also my favorite sitting position!

Kick, Kick, Kick....

A sure sign of being pregnant... Tiny flutters and weird sensations in the abdominal area.

The kicks become more frequent especially at night, perhaps this little one is going to be a night owl too!
